The Prestige Hotel Awards were created to showcase and reward outstanding service within the hotel industry in Scotland. Voted for by the public this independent, non-political platform is completely free to take part with no membership fee.

All 4 & 5* Hotels are welcome to register. High level 3* Hotels wishing to compete must apply directly with a supporting statement, once your application is approved you will be welcome to call for public nominations.

Members of the public will have one opportunity to nominate their top hotel, putting them forward to be considered across the categories.

Once voting close the hotels with the most nominations are longlisted as Prestige Hotel Awards’ Top 100 Hotels in Scotland. All hotels in the Top 100 will be judged by a mystery guest and, where appropriate, considered for the above awards. The top scoring hotel overall will be crowned as Hotel of the Year.

Individuals wishing to compete in Best Upcoming Chef & Best Hotel Barista should apply directly. You will only be called to compete in the practical final if your hotel makes the top 100 & attendance at the practical final is mandatory to be considered.

With live music performances, great food and drink and the big reveal of all our winners!
